The Dragon's Seal 2 EpilogueEpilogue:  Out of the Ashes   
 When we passed through the seal back to Corant we received a hero’s welcome.  When Das Neroth fell, his control over his minions was broken.  There were still some that remained loyal to him by choice but they were quickly routed.  Among the crowd we found Celia and Drake and stopped to thank them and everyone who came to our aid.  From there we began our long trip back to Eneras to send news of our victory.  During the journey Natasha told me about how she had gone back to Eneras in haste hoping simply to put this world behind her The Dragon's Seal 2 Epilogue

The Dragon's Seal 2 Ch 7Chapter 7:  Under the Burning Sky   
 Progress to the great seal Drake had spoken of was much slower than I had hoped.  Our limited numbers and lack of raw power forced us to rely on stealth and caution in our advance.  It was eleven days before we got within sight of the seal but again we were forced to wait and observe our enemies.  It would take all of our strength, cunning, and skill to steal our way past the guards and into the seal.  Two nights passed in quiet apprehension as we watched the procession of troops and lay awake starring at the moon as it waned slowing into da The Dragon's Seal 2 Ch 7

The Dragon's Seal 2 Ch 5Chapter 5:  The Flames of Despair   
 I lay down and pull my cloak over my head but sleep still eludes me.  My thoughts turn again the events of that day, the trials that followed, and whether I would ever live to see Natasha again.  I still cannot forgive myself for what I did that day at the prison.  When I gave in to my rage and fear and the Sword of Ages burned black.  Those were dark days yet as I lay restless my mind is called to consider them one last time...

With the release of the final portion of The Dragon's Seal 2 I have nothing else to post on deviant art and will thus be leaving in a short time. I may drop in every now and again to keep up to date on some of my friends and comments but I have done what I set out to do.

You nailed his mysterious part and his past is very interesting but to maintain his strange and inciting style make sure you keep his motives unexplained for most of the story. The fact that the audience does not know who he is, where he came from, or what he wants is what makes him such a great character. The second the audience knows his motives they will have a base to start guessing his actions from. Keeping his motives hidden makes him mysterious and unpredictable, great qualities for a villain and even better qualities for a character that is so close to your main character. His motives could come out as the biggest twist in your story. I look forward to where you go with him.

Thank you that really helps a lot with him, this chapter has a little bit of him although more of the concept of him and what Isolde feels or thinks of him.
